Basil Burgers

Ingredients

• 1 handful Basil (chopped fine or 1/2tsp dried)
• 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
• 4 slices Mozzarella (to top burgers)
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 3/4 tsp Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Salt (seasoned salt)
• 1 pound Ground Beef

Directions

1. Mix together;form patties and grill, topping with mozzarella.
